Help : Notifications

The notifications system can be used to prompt you when certain things happen (e.g., a patient turns 18 or 65) or have not happened for a period of time (e.g., a patient has not had a lab test, vaccination, office visit, etc.). We set your notifications system up based on your rules, so that you only see notifications that are relevant to your practice.

If a notification is triggered, you will see a bright Notifications bar in the upper lefthand corner of the dashboard page of the patient to which it applies (if it is a patient-specific notification) or on all pages (if it is a general or practice-wide notification). If you hover over the Notifications bar, it will expand to show details, including a button to dismiss the notification and, if applicable, a button to add the relevant record to the patient's chart.
